Who I Am
I’m Dylan Kenshalo, and I have more than 15 years of AV production experience as everything from a volunteer sound tech at church to conference AV setup and teardown technician to a touring Lighting Director.
I grew up attending some small and growing churches, so I’ve seen some of the unique challenges that churches that size sometimes have when it comes to AV systems. If you weren’t lucky enough to have a tech volunteer or worship leader who had professional AV experience or a passion for gear, it could be hard to know what the church actually needed when it came time to replace broken gear or upgrade old or outgrown systems.
That’s why I created Kenshalo AV Services: to bring my knowledge and experience to churches and take the stress out of upgrading or replacing AV gear so you don’t end up with buyer’s remorse over gear that either broke the budget or doesn’t actually fulfill your church’s needs or goals. I also want to help your existing tech volunteers receive the kind of training I wish had been available to me growing up volunteering in church, so that they can help create an atmosphere and environment where people can get the most out of the service rather than distracted by the AV production.
